Cancellation Policy: Immediate Refund if a cancellation request is made within 10 days from the start of the member's subscription cycle, a full refund will be automatically processed for the current month's subscription. Extended No Refund: Cancellations requested after the 10th day of the current month's subscription cycle will be effective on the last day of the current billing cycle, and no refund will be issued. Exceptional Cases: Members may request a refund outside of the 10-day window, subject to review and approval. The member must submit a refund request for consideration via email to contact@migrantleap.com.

Recurring Subscription Payment Notice: I understand and agree I am purchasing a discount program which will automatically renew on a (monthly or annual) basis, at the amount specified above, unless cancelled by me prior to the next (renewal date/billing period).   You may cancel your membership at any time in the MIgrantLeap App by selecting "My Profile" from the pull-down menu and selecting the "Cancel Membership” Button by scrolling to the bottom section.  You may also cancel by sending us a cancellation request from the email you used to register. The notice of cancellation must be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled (renewal date/billing period) and providing your full name and MigrantLeap membership number and group number.

Health Discount Program Disclosures: This program is NOT insurance coverage and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act or Massachusetts M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. It contains a 30-day cancellation period, provides discounts only at the offices of contracted health care providers, and each member must pay the discounted medical charges in full at the point of service. The range of discounts for medical or ancillary services provided under the program will vary depending on the provider and medical or ancillary service received. Member shall receive a reimbursement of all periodic membership fees if membership is canceled within the first 30 days after the effective date.
